Broken Items and Returns
We do our best to ensure that all pieces of glass make it to their destination in one piece. Should you receive a broken piece please e-mail or call us within two weeks of placing the order at
We do not offer refunds or returns on items but will replace broken pieces at no additional charge. Please provide us with the
name of the broken item, your name and address when contacting us.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail when we receive your order. Once we receive an order it will take at most one or two days
to send it out. After we send out your order, it is in the hands of UPS. Depending on your preferred shipping method, it will take
between two and seven days for you to receive your items, unless you live outside the US. Please e-mail us at

Back Ordered Items
Occasionally a piece that is popular will become sold out. We do our best to prevent this, but sometimes it happens. We will
contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay. In most cases it will take upwards of a month to receive a new shipment,
you have the option of back ordering the item or canceling the order. Back ordered items will be shipped separately from the rest
of your order, if any.

- UPS Ground - Used for shipments in the United States; typically takes between two and seven days to reach destination.
- UPS Second Day Air - You will receive your package within two days after your order has been shipped.
- USPS Airmail - This method is for international customers and can take as little as three days and as many as seven.
All international orders can be paid with a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express only) or a check, money order
or cashier's check in US dollars only. If you order online, USPS Airmail is the only available shipping option.
You may be charged customs duties or taxes on your shipment once it reaches your country. The Glass Gallery, Ltd. is not responsible
for any duties, taxes or other charges your package may incur once it enters your country. These charges, if any, must be paid by you.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these policies or circumstances. If you have any
questions about whether your package will be examined or levied, you should contact your local customs office for more information.
